CURVA represents the quintessence of Atelier Jacques Durand’s design research and the mastery of our craft. Carved from a single block of 10 mm acetate, each frame is shaped from within—material removed, not added—until balance and comfort emerge. The interior is sculpted by hand.
The curve follows the face with natural ease. Edges remain clear, defined on the exterior. The gesture is deliberate. Gold-plated or silver-plated hinges are set as a final note. Like sculpture, the process unfolds as a whole. There are no parts, only continuity
